About Al Horafi
Al Horafi is based in Al Khobar, in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The company provides products, solutions and services across civil works, MEP works and trading, delivering technical solutions to industrial clients and utilities in electrical, mechanical and instrumentation systems and support services.
One Operating Structure
Civil, electrical, mechanical and MEP works, steel fabrication, HCIS fence works, fiber optic solutions, engineering consultancy, trading and prefabricated buildings are coordinated under one structure. This allows project requirements to be supported from initial plant construction through commissioning and start-up.
Operational Facilities
Operations are supported by a 3,200 m² fabrication and steel structure facility with a 1,500 m² workshop built in 2006, together with an office, a material warehouse and employee accommodation.
Quality and Safety
Quality assurance and quality control inspections verify materials, workmanship and final products, and a written health and safety policy — supported by a safety committee and routine inspections — governs working conditions.
